His opening statement on health care legislation included the Lincoln quote that you can’t make a weak man strong by making a strong man weak. But of course, who would have thought that the entire deal was to make strong men stronger, and Barack Obama is the chief pitchman for big business interests and Wall Street, whose bottom lines by the way are going to benefit handsomely as a result of reducing the amount of money that they will have to pay in employee benefits. Unions are excepted under the plan because they already receive government handouts, i.e., contracts. Plus, undocumented labor will always receive care, which relieves businesses who of course have the politicians paid off to look the other way, of getting around tacking these people onto their health plans.
The cost of health care will be shifted to individuals and to small businesses, period. End of story. And the government is going to be the enforcement mechanism for ensuring that everyone, meaning every last one of you pay into this plan – or else! And to think that people really believe the Democrats and all they have to say about helping ordinary working people. Yes, perhaps only if you happen to have been paying into Medicare for years and years and you find that suddenly all that money vanishes and goes to pay for undocumented laborers and those formerly being paid by the corporations, who by the way are not, I repeat NOT going to pass those savings on to the consumers either. Those profits are going right back into the hands of – - you guessed it! The wealthy! Yippee…. Monopoly. They win again…
And the whole circus is proudly brought to you each and every night by the mainstream media, who are also owned by the same people who are trying to fuck you every day by forcing you to eat a crap sandwich and make you pay for it and abide by the rules of the game that they set forth for you. And it’s all in the name of being a duplicitous, lying sack of dog manure that the politicians are – from Obama to Pelosi to Reid and all the rest of them. Where is the transparency when it comes to the secret meetings with pharmaceutical executives that were held in the White House? What happened there? How come nobody wants to know why the first bill died because Max Baucus got caught with his hand in the cookie jar with big pharma. And then the rumors are swirling about Joe Lieberman’s options, who is finding himself subject to intense scrutiny with his neo-liberal views and political expediency media tricks. Joe Lieberman can never become as good at drama like the rest of these people are. To hear him filibuster would be worse than torture, and it should be outlawed.
But of course nobody wants to say a word about the sheer corrupt nature of this beast that is America. The entire system is rotten to the core. The bottom line is that social security and Medicare are broke, and nobody in the government is telling the truth about it. So, instead of fixing the problem they tinker with it and stick another bandage on to the tune of two thousand pages that doesn’t seem to be out there anywhere that we have determined at least.
What this is is a government of fools, who were elected by fools, who were gladly fooled by the media, which continues to try to fool everyone and tell everyone that this is a debate about health care. It’s not. It’s a debate about the last ditch measures of a desperate bunch of fools, who only want to save their asses from political extinction, while they scare us into thinking that what they are doing is meaningful and respectable. It’s a load of crap that saves the basic structure of America from a situation in which government has been corrupted by the very people whom they depend upon for their survival, i.e., political contributions.
The objective in this game is for the status quo to remain deeply entrenched into the financial affairs of each and every single person who lives here, legal or otherwise. It just so happens that the status quo picked Obama this time to feed everyone the proverbial crap sandwich that he was going to make their lives better and they believed him. If you think this was accidental, then forget that. This was on purpose because dissent is disallowed in a country where the mere mention of racism is met with the fiercest response. The bottom line is that once one has been lured into the trap of giving up their freedom of choice to another, then the rest is easy. Using fear and reward as continuous prompts, the people become mere putty in the propagandists hands.
But oh no. You STILL can’t really honestly say anything bad about Obama. There is some kind of sacred oath that we all took that we can’t criticize him and call him out for who he really is, and what his party is trying to pull off. Mike Rogers came close to the answer by asking the question, why WOULD anyone try to make a weak man strong by making a strong man weak in the first place? It doesn’t make sense. Precisely. But none of the mainstream media are going to tell you this because they have taken the oath of big business to keep the circus going. This kind of chaos all the time helps them sell advertising to an economy that they are helping to ruin.
